MAT is a weekly group training program focused on building authentic businesses through concrete actions and experimentation.
The curriculum covers 4 key areas: visionary leadership, meaningful marketing, purposeful operations, and authentic selling.
Sessions include presentation of "activating structures", group practice, and Q&A.
$100/month provides access to weekly live sessions, recorded content, and an online community forum.

MAT started August 20th, with weekly Tuesday sessions at 9:00 am PST.
It’s designed for entrepreneurs and professional services firm leaders selling expertise.
It focuses on authenticity through action, not just introspection.
The MAT curriculum follows a seasonal structure, bu the content is accessible year-round once posted.
Over one year, MAT will cover about 52 "activating structures" (actionable frameworks).
