For many years I have been supporting managers, experts and self-employed people in finding their voice and bringing their ideas into the world. I noticed that quieter people with a high level of expertise or great ideas often have difficulty making themselves heard in the crowd. I support them in sharing their valuable messages and ideas and achieving their goals.
In the last few years I have also discovered artificial intelligence and online technologies and have been fascinated by how these technologies are particularly suitable for those who want to build their own brand.

Same as last month, I’m looking for 3-4 MCM members to lead a breakout room conversation for about 10 minutes. Your role will be simple:
Introduce yourself as an MCM member.
Each participant gets 1 minute to describe a current service offering, explain why they believe clients want it, and share one challenge they’re trying to solve (pricing, content, launch, format, etc.).
Ensure everyone gets a chance to share their thoughts.

I will be in France to visit my family and speak during the last week of October, and I will not be available to facilitate our mastermind call on Thursday, October 31st. As always, we have two options:
We can call that "integration week," allowing you to apply what you’ve learned and work on personal or group projects.
Someone else can use the time slot to present a project or an idea or teach something valuable to the group.

Following our discussion on money in today's call, I suggested a homework assignment to deepen our understanding and comfort around this crucial topic.
Homework Question: What strategies or practices have made you more comfortable and confident discussing money earlier in your client interactions, with less fear?
Here are some examples we considered during our discussion:
Transparent Pricing: Displaying your fees upfront so potential clients know what to expect before they reach out.
Value Inquiry: Instead of assuming the value of your work, ask your clients what that value is to them.
Intuitive Guidance: Engaging with your "guides" or intuition, as Patricia does, to feel more aligned and confident.
Flexible Payment Options: Providing multiple payment methods, like Nakita, to accommodate different client preferences.
The goal is to reflect on specific tactics, mindsets, or practices that have helped you handle money conversations with greater ease and confidence.

I read this article and I fully agree with your description of classical gatherings from Portugal over Milan to Midwest industrial Cities @Brett Davidson. I have attended them as a visitor as well as a speaker for many years and I am so tired of them. But this is not because of the location @Guillaume Wiatr. It is because of the intention, the attitude and the design. Content quantity over Content quality. Consuming over Engaging. Self celebration over Reflection.
I conduct Trainings and courses In person as well as Online every single week. There is no difference. Yes, In person events can foster real encounters. But they can also be more annoying than Online gatherings.
The point for me is: How relevant is the topic for the audience? How interactive is the format? How much space for reflection is provided? And a super important point which you @Brett Davidson mentioned for me is, how much space and time does the participants have for self lead breakouts to deepen an exchange between them. Especially for longer events of 1 or 2 days.
This last point is what I get over and over as a Feedbacks. "The best part was the exchange with other participants." Is this bad for me as a Trainer? By the way, not in the Coffee breaks but in the Breakouts with a framework or question to discuss. And time! And this confirms me, that Leaders or business professionals need to rest in a reflective and refreshing productive way amongst their chaotic daily business live to get really new perspectives and ideas.
Online or in Person. No matter.
