As a new member I don't know the habits and attitudes in commentary here yet. But I check it out now. 

I love this idea too. 

I would be fine with a brief explanation about what Mindfulness means in this context as a starting point for a new experience.

Afterwards we could reflect together our insides.

@Guillaume Wiatr We could. But maybe we ask others what they think before trying it? Some people may think it's too therapy-like, or may not know what one does when exercising mindfulness. Maybe some discussion beforehand would help people decide.

When I was at my last day job, there were two women who conducted a 9am mindfulness for staff via Zoom. I thought it was very helpful. And, I've often thought that 5 or so minutes of mindfulness at the start of any meeting would be helpful.
